How do I get to the plug on the 2017 armada. Do I have to take dashboard out

The install harness needed with the P3 part # 90195 on your 2017 Nissan Armada is the part # 3050-P which is located underneath the dash to the left of the steering column taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. I attached a picture to help.
