Can this be used remote? For example from my house when trailer is parked in my driveway?

The Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount - 4.3" Screen # FOS43TASF will allow you to carry the monitor and view your camera or cameras from up to 492 feet away. As long as there isn't a competing signal, you should have no problem viewing the camera angle(s) from the house.
It is designed so when you are camping you can be at a different campsite talking to other campers and still have a view of your site. You just need to make sure you have power to the camera and the monitor for use.
