Yes, we do have a hitch that fits your vehicle. It is the Curt Trailer Hitch - Custom Fit, product # C11454. It's a Class I receiver with a 1-1/4 inch receiver and a maximum gross trailer weight of 2,000 lbs. This one fits both the E300 and the E400 models.

I've included a link to the installation guide so you can see what's required to install it.

I'm not sure what you plan on using the hitch for. But if you're looking to transport some bikes, I went ahead and linked our selection of Class I racks that you can look through.

There aren't any 2-inch hitch receivers for the 2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class, unfortunately. But we do have a workaround available. To use a 2-inch accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier, you can use a 1-1/4 inch to 2 inch adapter. I recommend the Brophy Adapter, part # HTAD. This adapter will expand the opening of your receiver to allow for your 2-inch accessory. I've linked a review of this item for your consideration. There are a few things that you will need to keep in mind when using a setup like this, however. First, the use of an adapter will reduce the trailer hitch capacity (both tongue weight and gross weight) by 50%. As such, it is not recommended for towing trailers. This can only be used to transport bike racks, cargo carriers, and accessories of that nature. Second, you will need to get a pin and clip for the hitch itself. We have a very economical Curt Class I and II Pin and Clip, part # F-4. Third, due to adding an extension to your hitch receiver, there will be a little more sway and rattle on your accessory. You can use the Pin and Clip I mentioned above, but I recommend getting the Let's Go Aero Anti-Rattle Pin, part # 63232, instead. This will reduce some of the sway and significantly reduce the rattle on your accessory. I've linked a review for this item as well.
