Replacement Hardware for Thule Snow Pack To Fit on Aero Bars
Question:
I have an older Thule Snow pack ski rack. The clamping bracket will not fit around my new Volvo cross bar. The circumference of the bar is 7.25 inches. Will the replacement 13 mm SpeedLink Mounting Hardware Assembly work for for me? Attached is photo of rack with old bracket.

Your picture didn't make it through but the replacement hardware for the Thule Snow Pack # 7521241001 that you referenced was designed to adapt the older Snow Pack carriers to fit the aero style bars like what you have so this would work for you.
