Can Airstream have Hitch Installed at Rear of it

Hi, is is possible to have a hitch installed on the opposite side of an airstream for ease of towing?

Do you mean at the rear Airstream? This is possible with an RV multi fit hitch like the part # 13703 as long as the frame width on the RV is between 22 and 72 inches in width.
