Do I Need a Different Harness to Install the Furrion FR42PV if my Coleman Unit Had a Heat Pump
Question:
I understand that the furrion 15k does not have a heat pump but my existing Coleman ac has a heat pump. My question is will the adapter harness still work with a Coleman control board that had a heat pump. It makes no mention of this in the comments but o saw that other brands do not. Thanks

I checked with Furrion and they were able to confirm that the Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup # FR42PV adapter harness that is included will plug directly into your old system regardless of whether a heat pump was present previously, so there's nothing to worry about.
