Can Extra Ports on Filter Landing of Derale D15749 Relocation Kit Be Used to Install an Oil Cooler

If I install this and later want to add an oil cooler, can I use the ports that are plugged?

You certainly can. To install a cooler, you'd just need a cooler such as # D15452, two fittings, part # D98103, some replacement hose like # D15701 and some pipe clamps like # D13008. Remove the plugs, install the fittings, place the cooler where it'll catch air and run the hose. You'll want to use teflon tape like # A05-0265 on the fittings installed into the filter landing.
