Ml 350 factory installed towing harness with pollack 7way socket. Need wiring from socket 7way to trailer 4way flat

You can either use an adapter like the 7-Way to 5-Way/4-Way Trailer Adapter for Vehicles with Lamp-Out Sensors Towing Trailers with LEDs # C35FR or the basic # PK12716.
If you want to replace the connection, the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector - Vehicle End # HM40950 will give you both the 7-way and 4-way connection with a permanent mount. If you will be towing this trailer often, then this option is my recommendation.
