The MaxxAir Mini roof vent # MA00-03801 that you referenced can fit the standard vent opening in your Class A motorhome so if this is the design you like it would be a great choice. I really like it as it performs the same function as a standard roof vent with a cover installed over it without requiring the extra install components and steps. Plus it's lower profiled as well. I attached an install and review video for this as well.

Yes, since the fan of the MaxxAir MaxxFan Mini Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan #MA00-04401M is 12 volt you could reverse the direction of the fan by reversing the polarity of the motor.

The CFM rating for the fan in the MaxxAir Mini Deluxe Trailer Roof Vent #MA00-03851 that you referenced is 200. 200 CFM is a decent amount that would also be on the quieter side as well.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
