I'm unable to find any reference to the part 2018-03-22 you'd mentioned. The MaxxAir Replacement circuit board you'd looked at, part # MA10A04751KS is a replacement for MaxxFan Plus roof vents. It works with models 4751KS, 4761KS, and 4951KS. I've linked to a product description video for the circuit board.
