Will Curt C51180 Echo Wireless Brake Controller Work w/ Facotry 7-way Connector 2021 Kia Telluride
Question:
I am to receive my 2021 Kia Telluride next month. This year they have changed from a 4 pin connector to a 7 pin connector. Will the Curt Echo Brake Controller now work with this new connector? I am hoping to avoid adding a controlled box in the lower dash board and being able to take this controller for my next vehicle.

If your 2021 Kia Telluride is equipped with the Factory installed 7-way, it will be compatible with the Curt # C51180 Echo wireless brake controller.
You've touched on what makes the Echo such a good product. On a vehicle with a factory 7-way, it's a plug and play installation, as long as you have a smartphone with the Apple: 8.0 or newer or the Android: 4.4 or newer OS.
