You're absolutely correct, the Curt # C13149 Class III hitch as well as the and the Curt # C56350 are indeed a fit for your 2015 Toyota Rav4, The hitch has a 3500 lb towing/525 lb tongue weight capacity.
Since it sounds like you'll be towing with your Rav4, you'll also need a ball mount and a trailer ball. For a ball mount, use # 2753 and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
