Options for Carrying Three Bikes with 2010 Toyota RAV 4

Is there a 3-bike spare tire rack that will fit my 2010 Rav 4?

I may have a solution for you to carry your bikes but the SportRack 3 Bike Spare Tire Mounted Bike Rack you mentioned, part # SR2813 is unfortunately not compatible with the 2006-2014 Toyota Rav 4. We actually don't carry any 3-bike trunk mount racks that fit your vehicle.
This leaves you with a few other options. You can go with the Yakima spare tire mounted rack, and carry the remaining bike on the roof. If your Rav 4 has rails that run front-to-back along each side of the roof, you could install crossbars using the # TH712400 and # TH710401.
You could also go with a hitch mounted option, using the Hidden Hitch Class III receiver part # 87697. The Swagman Trailhead is economically priced, but provides great features like anti-sway cradles and an integrated cable lock. The Trailhead is available is a 3 bike model, part # S63365 or a 4 bike model, part # S63380.
