Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a factory tow package. Will the part #TJRGC2 airbag suspension kit work with this make and model? Are there other parts or kits necessary for this to be installed?

The Timbren springs # TJRGC2 are designed to fit a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 4 wheel drive. They are not air springs but hollow rubber springs that get harder to compress the more weight that is put on them. They are rated for up to 1,300 pounds. I have linked the instructions for you.
For air springs on a 2 or 4 wheel drive model you would use # AL60754. This system is rated for up to 1,000 pounds. I have included a link to an FAQ article on the Timbren style springs for you.
