There are a number of parts needed to flat tow your 2020 Lincoln Nautilus 2.7L V6 engine and we can start with the wiring you asked about, which would be the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267.

This kit is recommended because it is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback to keep your Lincoln's electrical system safe. Along with this wiring kit here are the other parts recommended to flat tow your 2020 Lincoln Nautilus with a 2.7L V6 engine:

- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-524461-5
- Tow Bar: Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-422
- Roadmaster 64" Single Hook, Straight Safety Cables # RM-645
- Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766
- Supplemental Braking System: Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251
OR
- For a motorhome with air brakes: Demco SBS Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motorhomes with Air Brakes # SM99243

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates are great because they have removable tabs which means your Nautilus is going to keep its clean look when you aren't flat towing. The BlackHawk 2 tow bar is a great option because it has long arms which make it easier to maneuver when towing.

Both the Stay-IN-Play DUO and Air Force One are strongly recommended because they are one-time installs which will never require any type of removal or reactivation, and give you braking proportional to that of your motorhome. This results in much smoother braking than most systems which send out a pre-set amount of braking power and thus are more rigid.

You may also need a high-low adapter such as # RM-070 in order to keep your tow bar level, and I've added a link to a help article which shows you how to determine if you need an adapter, as well as a link to our selection of adapters. Additionally, I have added links to instruction manuals, video reviews and installations for you to take a look at.
