Question:
Looking for a slip on towing mirror to fit a 2013 Silverado with the chrome cap on the stock mirror. Does the CM 10900 fit?

We do have a towing mirror solution for you, but according to CIPA, the chrome cap on your mirror adds enough thickness to the mirror that the # CM10900 will not fit. This also holds true for the K-Source # KS80900 and the Longview # CTM1600, I'm sorry to say.
I'd recommend using the K-Source Universal Mirror, part # KS3990. This attaches to your existing mirror using sturdy, heavy duty rubber ratcheting straps for a tight fit that greatly reduces vibration and buffeting.
I've linked you to a test-fit video showing the mirrors being installed on a 2011 Silverado. As you can see in the video, the mirrors fit pretty nicely.
