You will need more wire to install 7-Way # 37185 in your 2010 Ford F-150. I recommend the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7, which comes with the 7-Way as well as 25' of 10-gauge duplex wire, as well as circuit breakers and installation hardware, as I assume you are needing a 7-way for a brake controller.
Otherwise, you will need to add extra wire (sold by the foot) of the Deka Jacketed 2-Wire 10 Gauge Wire # 10-2-1.
The power will come directly from your F-150's battery, and I have added links to a video install as well as a help article for you to check out of the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7.
