Should Cracked Air Bag for Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box be Replaced
Question:
How long should a air spring last? Mine has slight weather checking even though I keep it covered when not in use, it’s a little over 5 years old. Also should the shock be changed at the same time the air spring is replaced? Thanks in advance

There isn't really a life expectancy rating for the air bag # LC432404 in your Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box simply because there are too many factors that go in to determining this (how often the trailer is used/not used, how much air is in the bag, climate, how exposed it is to the sun, etc...).
With that said, from the picture you sent in I'd definitely go ahead and switch that out because yours looks really worn and 5 years service really isn't too bad. One tip I do have though is that when you aren't towing I'd reduce the pressure in the bag to the minimum 45 psi to help it last longer. If you think of the air bag like a balloon it's a little easier to see how keeping the balloon stretched out to it's max potential will slowly wear on the rubber than if you only fill it up to what you need it when you need it.
As long as your shock # LC177223 looks to be in good working order I wouldn't worry about replacing it.
