Replacement Tekonsha Brake Controller on 2009 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually
Question:
My Tekonsha Sentinel brake controller has apparently failed. It is a time delay model, and I am looking to replace it with the Tekonsah Voyager, a proportional model. Are there any issues with this replacement? Does any wiring change?

The Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # 39510 is a great option as a proportional controller to replace your time delayed controller that is failing. There is no wiring change so you can just plug and play. The proportional controller is a great upgrade having the integrated inertia sensor for a more natural trailer braking.
