Hitch Extender to Keep my RV from Hitting My Trailer

Question:

I have a 2017 Tiffin Allegro Bus with a Tag Axle. I pull a 26 V nose car hauler. When loaded the GTW is 9000 lbs with a tongue weight of 1000-1100 lbs. I use a Weigh Safe This is all within specs for the hitch on the Allegro Bus. The hitch capacity is 15,000 lbs. My problem is, I really need to extend the hitch about 7 so that the top of the V nose does not strike the rear of the Bus when I have to exit anywhere with any kind of a dip in the road. Does anyone make anything similar to the Roadmaster Anti-Rattle Hitch Extender for Tow Bars - 2 Hitches - 7-3/4 Extension Item # RM-071-1075, that can support my needed tongue weight of 1100 lbs?

What a cool set up! Bad news on the extender front none of my extenders are rated for anything close to that. I totally get the reasoning and would also want to keep them separated.

As another option you can use the Curt Multi-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount for 2" Trailer Hitches part # D900. It measures 15 3/4" from the pin hole to the center of the ball. This will be longer than your Weigh Safe but you'll have to measure yours to see how much. Usually though they are 9 3/4" at max so you may pick up a full 6". Another thing to consider is that it is only rated up to 1000 lbs. tongue weight which is the highest I have in the long ball mounts so a little weight transfer in the trailer might be required to stay within these limits.
