The Pace Edwards Utility Rig Rack # 311-UR3014 is a nice addition to a Pace Edwards Tonneau Cover on your truck. Since the ladder rack attaches to an existing tonneau cover rails you will need to have a tonneau in place for the ladder rack to work with your truck. The rails are attached to the canister that houses the tonneau cover. Pace Edwards has a lot of tonneau options but the ladder racks only work with the Explorer Series Rails. The Explorer Series Rails have a slot in them that allows you to install your ladder rack to your tonneau cover.

The nice thing about Pace Edwards is that you get the best of both worlds and you don't need to take a tonneau off to attach a ladder rack. You get full bed protection when it is closed and when you open it you get most of your bed while not blocking your back glass all while still having the capability of using the ladder rack the entire time.

The JackRabbit # 311-JEC95A17, Full-Metal JackRabbit # 311-FEC95A17 and the Bedlocker # 311-BEC95A17 are fits for your 2014 Chevrolet Silverado that include the explorer series rails. We have not had the opportunity to shoot a video with the Explorer Series Rails but these will give you a good idea of how the tonneau works,
