Confusion About 3034-P Brake Controller Harness on 2014 Lincoln Navigator
Question:
The 3034-P adaptor is the exact same part as the OEM Navigator brake attachment port. They are not compatible as they butt against each other and cannot fit together. the 3034-P should either fit inside or surround the Navigator OEM attachment port but it cant and I need to figure out why. Am I missing something or do I need to connect somewhere else? The Navigator port is above the brake pedal behind the dash.

Expert Reply:
It looks like the connector on your 2014 Lincoln Navigator has a cap on it. This is pretty common in order to protect the connectors until you need them.
Once you remove that cap the # 3034-P harness should plug right in.
