Dose the curt ball and chain loops need a rail kit to install or do it come with it

The Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loops Kit for Ram Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # C60618 that fits certain model years of Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks does not come with a gooseneck hitch or rails. You would need to have the OEM factory prep package for this to work.
If you do not have that and need a gooseneck hitch, I'd be happy to recommend the best option if you let me know the year, model, and bed size of your Ram.
