Connecting Bunk Rollers to Form a 10' Roller on my Boat Trailer

Question:

The bunks on my trailer are approximately 10 feet long and each have 3 brackets. I would like to replace them will rollers. Is there a way to do so without attaching the rollers to the existing bunks? That is, is there a way to connect the rollers together?

We have a great solution for you. Using the Boat Trailer Roller Bunk Bracket for Dutton-Lainson Roller Bunks part # DL21762 and two of the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk 5' part # DL21741 you will be able to get the 10' roller bunks you are looking for. These are also available in 4 foot sections as part # DL21740.

Some of the factory bunk brackets are welded on and some are bolted on if they are bolted on simply take off the single middle and replace it with two of the new brackets. If they is welded on you will have to cut the current ones off. Touch up the paint here to prevent rusting. At either rate match up the level of the new brackets with the level of the old ones and install your rollers.

Check out the video I linked that shows this exact process for installation.
