I've linked an article that we put together on this specific vehicle, but because there are some differences between the trim packages there are going to be different parts recommended for each. Based off a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, Latitude or Latitude Plus, I'll give you a list of the parts we recommend below. For starters, a flat towing setup consists of: base plates, tow bar, tow bar wiring, safety cables, supplemental braking and a high/low adapter. Here are the Blue Ox parts we recommend to complete a flat tow setup on a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited.

Base Plates: Blue Ox Base Plate kit with Removable Arms # BX1128
Tow Bar: Blue Ox Avail # BX7420
Wiring: Roadmaster 7 wire to 6 wire coiled wire diode kit # RM-15267
Braking System: Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR (Roadmaster Charge Line Kit required for supplemental braking system) # RM-156-25
High/Low adapter: see attached link on how to measure correctly to determine what size rise or drop you might need

You can also add Tow Bar Cover: # BX8875 to keep your tow bar safe from the elements when it's not being used.
