Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver and Wiring for 2019 Toyota Highlander

Hello, does this kit come with electronics kit to hook up trailer brake lights? If not, can you recommend a kit for my 19 Toyota Highlander. Last, do you offer instructions on how to assemble that kit? Thx

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C99FR is not a fit for your 2019 Toyota Highlander. The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 306-X7250 is my recommendation for the 2019 Highlander because it has the hidden cross tube like the hitch you referenced.
It does not come with the wiring harness, so if you do not have the factory tow package, I recommend using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118449. If you have the factory tow package then you simply need the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM11141825.
