Does Installation of the Dual LED Require 2 Holes for Wiring
Question:
The double tail light comes perwired together behind surface mount light. Do you need two holes for wires to run through or does it have enough room for wiring behind light to surface mount it with wires coming out of one hole?

There is very little space at the back of trailer tail light # CE86FR but you should be able to get away with just one hole. It should be a nice tight fit. I have included a link to a video review of this light for you to view.
