Hello Can you suggest a 2 kayak roof rack for a 2006 Honda CRV that would also be compatible with a gear basket? Thank You,

You could use the Yakima JayLow part # Y04073 which would allow you to carry two kayaks on end to maximize bar space and a narrower roof basket like the Yakima SkinnyWarrior part # Y07014 and you'd be set. I confirmed with Yakima these both fit the factory bars of your 2006 Honda CR-V.
