Fit of Draw-Tite Class III 75607 Hitch on 2011 Chevy Colorado with Full Sized Spare Tire

Are there any modifications required for this to fit on a 2011 Chevy Colorado with a full size spare? Thank you.

According to Draw-Tite, the # 75607 Class III hitch fits all models of the 2011 Chevy Colorado with no drilling or other modification required. The fact that you have a full sized spare tire will not affect the fit of the hitch.
I've linked you to the installation instructions and an installation video that I hope you'll find helpful. For a trailer wiring harness, I'd recommend the Tekonsha # 118301.
