Curt Echo Doesn't Show Power with 2015 Chevy Tahoe in Tow/Haul Mode
Question:
Just got a new Curt Echo. I plugged in the Echo and also turned on tow mode from dash. No light appears on the Echo. Does it need a load i.e. do i need to connect the trailer before 12v supply is activated, and thus led turns on?

You actually might be able to get it to show power by turning on the Tow/Haul mode as well as turning the headlights on. I checked the online owner's manual for your 2015 Chevy Tahoe and it looks like on page 9-83 it states that doing both of these will boost the vehicle system to charge an auxiliary battery that you would have on the trailer.
If that still doesn't work then I'd try plugging the trailer 7-Way into the Curt Echo # C51180 as that's a common solution as well.
Let me know if you're still having issues after that and I can help you troubleshoot further.
