Finding a 5th Wheel Hitch for Aftermarket Puck System in 1999 Ford F-350
Question:
i have a 1999 f350 super duty with what i think is a curt puck system installed on truck. no names or stickers on product I was looking at the curt 16023 but it says GM? will this work on my ford truck? or is this a universal roller adapter. im needing a gooseneck ball to fit on it also.

The Curt # C16023 is for a Curt hitch to fit onto the factory pucks from GM. It definitely won't fit your 1999 Ford F-350.
At first I was thinking you likely have the puck system for the Reese Elite Series in your truck. It's part # RP30073, or it could be its predecessor which was for the Reese Signature Series. The catch is neither include a hole for a gooseneck ball. Does your truck already have a gooseneck ball hole?
Check the dimensions between your pucks and see if they line up with the diagram I attached. If it matches then you can use the Reese M5, part # RP30921, for a fifth wheel hitch.
If the measurements aren't right or this doesn't look like what you have send me some picutres and I'll see if I can identify it for you.
