While I don't know exactly what landing gear you have on your 2011 Keystone Raptor 3812 Toy Hauler, I can say that you should be able to replace them with the Landing Gear Set w/ Handle # RVLG-8HDL as this landing gear uses the standard weld mount locations of 15-1/2" inside and 17-1/2" outside measurements (see attached). You can confirm fitment by measuring where the weld stops are on your current landing gear.

This set comes with a handle but if you don't already have an electric motor and you want to upgrade to that (or maybe you need to replace yours) you can do so with the part # LC142178 and the switch # LC145236.

If you are looking to upgrade your whole system while you're at it then the Reese Landing Gear Set # RP500708 is an excellent choice because it has an individual motor for each leg plus spring loaded pins which combined gives you a much faster solution for leveling out your toy hauler. These have the same weld stop locations as mentioned above.

I have attached review videos for each that you can check out.
