Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13364 will still fit a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country even if it has the Stow&Go seats.
We actually had the chance to install this hitch on the exact same style that you're talking about and I've attached an installation video for you to check out.
A lot of people get a hitch installed on a Town and Country to haul smaller trailers. If this is you then you'll also need the wiring kit # 118552 and a ball mount kit like part # 989891 which includes a 1-7/8" hitch ball, 2" hitch ball, a ball mount with a 3/4" rise/2" drop, a pin and clip, as well as a storage bag. You will want to check out the attached ball mount article to ensure that this ball mount has the correct rise/drop for your towing application.
