You can absolutely remove the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with R16 Roller # 16516 from your 2014 Ford F-150 when you aren't towing. SInce it is heavy at about 175 lbs, you will either need someone to help out, or you will need some cables and a hoist winch like the Magnum Hoist with Winch for 2" Hitches # 310-VMH001.
To mount the hoist in your truck you will also need the Pin and Clip # PC3.
To mount the hitch in your 2014 Ford F-150 you will also need the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford F-150 # C16441-204.
For a 5th wheel wiring harness, so long as you have the factory 7-way, you can use the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56000.
