Since your 1993 Chevrolet 3500 Dually has been lowered approximately 4 inches, you will need to use the Air Lift SlamAir Air Helper Springs for Lowered Trucks, # AL59202. This kit was specifically designed to work with trucks that have been lowered from 2 to 6 inches.
I spoke with my contact at Air Lift to verify that this is the correct kit for your set up. Keep in mind that these air helper springs will not increase your trucks weight carrying capacity, but will help your suspension, improve ride quality and prevent bottoming out.
I have attached a product link for you to check out.
