LED Cargo Carrier Light Kit Recommendation a 2013 Ford Explorer

can i add led lights instead like on some of the pics i saw on a toyota with the surco 24x60 and if so do you have the kit also a license plate holder and also will this carrier work with a 2013 ford explorer?

There is a light kit to fit your #e98874. It is the # e98943-44LED. We also have an LED light kit that will fit the Tow Ready Cargo Carriers # 63153 and # 63155. The light kit is the LED Cargo Carrier Light Kit # 98174LED. Check out the review video I attached for this product for you to check out.
To add a license plate, you could use the Y02713 for an easy install.
