Will a Weight Distribution System Work With the Curt Class 3 Hitch on 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon
Question:
Can I use a weight distribution systems with the Curt Class 3 Hitch - C67JR?

We have some other options for sway control, but the Curt item # C67JR is not rated for weight distribution systems. Unfortunately we don't have any hitches for your 2020 Subaru Outback that are rated for weight distribution systems. Sometimes the restrictions on weight distribution systems come from the car manufacturer and not the hitch manufacturer.
You can use a sway control system like part # 83660. This is a good alternative to reduce your trailer sway. You also need the hitch plate adapter like part # RP26003.
In addition to the hitch and sway control, you also need a hitch ball. I strongly recommend part # 989900. This kit is great because it offers two drops for different vehicles or trailers, two different ball sizes, two hitch pins, and a nice carry bag for when the ball mounts are not in use.
You also need trailer wiring and the Curt T-Connector part # C56040 is a great option because it is easy to install and works well.
