There are 2 hitches that have risen above all the rest when it comes to 5th wheel towing and that is the B&W Companion which comes with a 20K # BWRVK3370 weight rating, and the Demco Hijacker Autoslide which comes with 18K # DM8550024 and 21K # DM8550038 weight ratings.
Both options mount directly to the puck system on your 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty so you won't need an adapter kit, and they are both made in the USA.
The main differences are that the B&W can sit higher at 19", it comes with a limited lifetime warranty, and has a cam-action handle that makes releasing the jaws much easier than pretty much any other hitch on the market - even on uneven ground.
Even though the Demco sits 18-1/4" at it's highest setting, it has the autoslide feature which means you don't have to get in and out of your cab just to make tight turns, it comes with a 5-year limited warranty, and it has the 2 different weight ratings depending on what you plan on towing.
