Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch for 2001 Ford F-350 Long Bed

I have a 2001 Ford f-350 8 foot bed. Im looking at a 5th wheel to carry a 3 car hauler. Is there a way to install D rings on to the 5th wheel to hold the safety chains?

The fifth wheel hitch I recommend for a 2001 Ford F-350 is the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16120 combined with the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16443-204. The Curt A16 has a dual jaw design which makes for a tight connection and the head is removable for ease of use. The install kit won't require any drilling into the frame.

In regards to safety chain connections, these are not integrated into fifth wheel setups because they are not required for fifth wheel trailers.
