Best Value 4-Bike Rack Recommendation that is Easier to Use/Store
Question:
What bike rack would you recommend for 4 bikes 16 kids, 24 youth, 26 womens road, 29 males hybrid, that is easily removed from the vehicle? I have a 2 hitch, and I prefer platform over hanging style racks, but open to either. But we dont bike enough to spend the money on a Thule T2 or Yakima holdup, or spend the money for all the adaptors needed for a hanging style. We also dont bike enough to leave it on the vehicle full time and dont have enough clearance in the garage to leave it on. So an easily storable rack is ideal. Your oppinion is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Thanks for all the info you listed! So based on what you are looking for the best bike rack option is the Hollywood Racks 4-bike # HR4000. This is a platform rack like you are wanting, fits the bike sizes you have, and is surprisingly lighterweight at 42 lbs. It also can fold up when not in use for storage as well and costs less than the other racks you mentioned.
