Correct Tail Light Harness to Flat Tow 2020 Ram 1500 4WD
Question:
Will this harness allow for turn signals, brake and running light to function with towed car Ram 1500 battery disconnected? I purchased the universal bulb led kit but i don’t believe it can fit into the led tail lights on a 2020 Ram 1500.

The Tow Ready Tail Light Isolating Diode System with 4-Pole Connector # TR118821 (confirmed to fit your 2020 Ram 1500) ,draws the power from the RV in order to activate the turn signals, running lights and brake lights on your Ram, so the towed vehicle's battery being disconnected wouldn't pose a problem.
That being said, based on the information under the "Recreational Towing" section in your owner's manual (pp. 423-427), your Ram's battery, does not need to be disconnected when flat towing (only acceptable for 4WD models) - the vehicle's ignition does need to be turned off after following the steps outlined in your manual.
If you're concerned with draining your battery while your truck is being flat towed, you can use a charge line to maintain it. The Roadmaster # RM-156-25 is what you will install in the Ram and # RM-156-75 will install in the RV.
We don't have any bulb and socket kits listed under our fit-guide for your Ram, which probably means there isn't enough space for them to be installed inside the tail light housing, as you suspected.
