Availability of Hinge Kit for Trailer To Allow Tongue to Pivot Out When Needed

Question:

Hi, I have an older boat trailer that has an extendable tongue. I purchased the boat and trailer last year. The set up has the extension bolted on in a holder and you have to remove the bolts, pick up the heavy bar and attach it to the trailer/car. Is there a product that can swing the extension bar from the frame?

We have hinge kits like it sounds like you are looking for like the Fulton part # FHDPB230101. Basically you attach either side of your trailer frame into the assembly and you can pivot out when needed and folded when you want to store it. This hinge kit is designed for frames that measure 2 inch by 3 inch so you'd need to make sure that's what size you have. If you have something different let me know and I'll see if we have the correct size.

We have a few sizes like the part # FHDPB330301 for 3 x 3 inch and part # FHDPB350101 which is for 3 inch by 5 inch.
