I have a atlantis 1600 Cargo box. on a 2017 4 runner with factory cross bars. I think I am missing a spacer for the claws in the front. It is hitting the roof. The back has a spacer. I can send photos if you have an email. Thanks

Sounds like you are looking for the Thule cradle spacer part # TH8523387001 for your Thule Atlantis 1600. This is the spacer that goes between the box and the hardware.

The Replacement Thule AcuTight Cradle #TH8523387001 is a single cradle while the Thule Snapfit Cradle Replacement Kit #TH68NB contains 4 cradles and 4 screws.
