The Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Bed part # 54701-009 does not come with a "T" but it does plug into the Fords factory fifth wheel towing package and still allows you to retain the use of the rear factory 7-Way plug. The wiring is designed for 2011-2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty with a fifth wheel towing package. The Bargman 5th wheel/gooseneck wiring plugs into two plugs under the bumper that are there specifically for fifth wheel towing from Ford. I have attached a photo and video of what these plugs look like. The video mentions another part number but the installation is the same.

If you do not have these plugs specific to the Ford fifth wheel towing package, then you will need part # 50-97-410-010 which plugs in line with the 7-Way plug at the rear of the truck. It simply plugs in line with the rear 7-Way plug and extends to the bed. This option will still retain the use of the rear 7-Way plug. I have attached an installation video of this wiring as well.
