We can get you exactly what you need to install a brake controller and you have figured it out with a few small part number changes. We have done just as you said and made a kit of the common components.

For the Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller use part # 39510 and part # 3025-P. This is the controller and pigtail to plug it in.

Next you want part # ETBC7 this is the kit we have put together to do just this. It includes the 7-way with bracket, duplex wire to run to the front of the truck and a small addition not in the video of a circuit breaker for the power wire to prevent any issues with overload or shorts.

In addition you will need 2 nuts one of part # 185917 and one of part # 185916. You will also need the maxi 30 amp fuse while I don't carry that it is available at any parts store.

With these parts and the attached video you mentioned you will have trailer brakes in no time. Happy Hauling!
