Can Reese Friction Sway Control be Used on Larger and Smaller Trailers

can you purchase lighter friction bars to use a larger distribution set up on a lighter trailer ?

The Reese friction sway control part # 83660 is adjustable in terms of how much friction you want to use. You can tighten down the system for more friction or you can loose it to have less so you can use it on larger and smaller trailers.
If the trailer is longer than 26 feet it is recommended that you use two of these.
