Using # D-192 Dual Hitch Receiver to Carry Bike Rack and Tow Trailer with 2011 Mazda CX7
Question:
I was hoping to use a dual hitch with my Mazda CX7 2011 towing a T@B trailer, and a bike rack, however the coupler height of the trailer is 16inch and the hitch height is 12.5. so I would need a ball mount rise of approx 3.5. Can I mix components to get this? or can you suggest a way round this problem?

The Curt # D-192 might be an option for you, but I am afraid once you place a ballmount in the rise orientation in the bottom receiver opening, there will not be enough room to install your bike rack.
Your best option would probably be a trunk mounted rack like the Thule OutWay, which is available in a 2 bike (# T45JV) or 3 bike (# TH56BV) capacity. If you went with a trunk mounted rack, I recommend using an extra-long ball mount like part # 4285 to provide extra clearance between the rack and the trailer.
If you have more than 3 bikes to carry, you could go with the trunk mounted rack, and carry the remainder of the bikes on the roof. Using parts # TH712200, # TH460R and # THKIT3069 would provide a roof rack that a bike rack like the Swagman Rooftop Bike Rack, part # S64720.
