Helpful Expert Reply:
As confirmed by Curt, their # 13323 Class III receiver hitch is compatible with all models and trim levels of the 2015 Tacoma, including your Prerunner Double Cab. There are no fit exclusions.
No modification or drilling will be needed for installation, but the rear bumper bolts will need to be loosened and the bumper supported during installation. I've linked to an installation video.
To complete your towing system, you'll need a trailer wiring harness, a ball mount and a trailer ball. For a wiring harness, use # 118496 and # 2753 for a ball mount. For a 1-7/8 inch ball, use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
