Will this receiver fit a 2012 Audi A4 Avant? Also what is the part number for the correct wiring for trailer lights?

The correct receiver hitch for your 2012 Audi A4 Avant would be the Curt Class I you mentioned, part # 11195. I have confirmed the fit with Curt.
Due to the complexity of the wiring system on your A4 Avant, Curt recommends seeing your Audi dealer for towing wiring harness installation information.
A pin and clip and ball mount is included with the hitch, but you might also need the following:
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19256
2 inch trailer ball, part # 19258
Locking Hitch Pin, part # e98879
If you were planning on carrying a bike rack with your hitch, the Curt hitch warranty requires the use of a stabilizing strap like part # 18050.
