I attached a diagram that shows how the Atwood switch part #AT91959 wires up. There are three sets of wiring diagrams that you will need to compare to the water heater you have now to determine which is correct.

The only way I can recommend you wire up the Atwood Switch part #AT91959 is by using the attached diagram which means using a 12 volt power source. I don't have a way we can recommend using a 110.

We have previously confirmed with Dometic (who own Atwood now) that the Atwood 91349 that you've got can be replaced by the Replacement Control Panel for Atwood Water Heaters #AT91367 you were looking at.
